Spot on service for the things i needed
Lack of care and attention. - Took two pairs of decent shoes to be repaired told the guy that I wanted everything repaired on them. Went to collect the shoes and was disappointed to find that they where not polished, leather not glued down and still required additional work to be done. The old guy didn't care and had no pride in his work. "With over 35 years' experience, when you choose Snob and Lock you don't just leave happy, you leave impressed. ".....absolute rubbish,
