Absolutely LOVE working out here, the personal trainers make the gym an enjoyable place to go! They are encouraging and helpful.. no matter how busy it is, you will always be greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome! They are always willing to help and show you you technique to ensure youre reaching your potential! Would highly recommend anyone, regardless of your age or ability fitness space will assist you in smashing any goals, big or small! I get FREE personal training sessions monthly and FREE weigh in sessions so its super easy to keep track of my progress. I wouldnt go anywhere other
Had personal training with Kenny and have really enjoyed it so far. There is no pressure, he is well informed and knows how to support the plan for the sessions. Overall the gym staff are all extremely friendly. The facilities clean and ample equipment for the numbers of members.

My first serious Gym.... and the experience has been fantastic. Tuition was very thorough and easy to understand. The instructor's are very well trained, the gym boasts the very latest hi-tech equipment .. its clean friendly ... what's not to like.
A great gym with a great atmosphere. The equipment is first class and the staff are extremely motivating, encouraging and friendly. There are no 'select' groups to make lesser confident people feel awkward - everyone is treated with respect. Classes are excellent and you feel you are being pushed to achieve your goals. I look forward to going to my second home every day which is now the gym, so thanks to everyone at The Fitness Space.
