Excellent service! My laptop battery had started to swell and had already cracked my trackpad, so it was quite urgent to get it sorted ASAP. Julian was able to fit me in a few hours after I called. He went above and beyond in his service, so when I got the laptop back he had cleaned the dust out, taken a photo of the make and model of the battery so I could buy a new one, advised me about the right voltage, researched the average price of a replacement battery and printed the pages, and noticed a loose fitting that had been damaged by the battery, taping it in place so it wouldn't rattle around before I fitted a new battery. He also gave me advice on certain batteries that came with tools designed to fit them, so I could have them on hand in future if I needed. Would definitely recommend Grove Geeks!
