I have been having treatment here for about three years and it is the best dental practice I have been to. The building, once a school chapel, still with its organ loft, statues and stained-glass windows, is a stunning place to have a dental practice. But more than that, the staff are friendly and my dentist, Sasha, is an excellent practitioner who puts you completely at ease, even when performing difficult procedures such as a recent extraction. I have not had any trouble making appointments and I am sent frequent reminders of time and date. The appointments are always on time, with no long waits.
Terrible service and poorly managed. Last-minute cancellations are all too frequent. I have been waiting nearly 7 months for a filling appointment with numerous cancellations and administrative mistakes. Avoid at all costs.Update: After speaking with the head office for Roderick's, I had a call back from the new branch manager. Very apologetic for the delay and the experience to date. Managed to squeeze me in the very next day for a long overdue appointment (thank you)She was also open and honest about the level of staffing to date and the improvements being made. As a result, I'm willing to remain patient and stay with them for a while longer to see if the change is permanent.
Im not happy took my daughter for appioment to day at five clock but got there bit early but when got there door was locked and when try to ring them and it was ring and ringing no ones answering and also i waited till 515 to see there would open or answer but no one did
