Really helpful when I had an incident which burst a tyre. Advised me to go through insurance as other damage was done to the car. They could have taken my 200 for a new run flat, but instead helped me in a way which means they now have a customer for life.

Used them a few times in the past and its been a very good service. However its LIMITED SERVICES FROM 16:30 UNTIL 18:00 as I found out today thanks to the mechanic who could see I was frustrated by this he still acted very professionally and explained how they operate. I had explained to the receptionist for the last 2 days that I desperately need my tracking done and he assured me that as long as I got there before 5 it would not be a problem. Well mister receptionist apparently it is a problem and thank you for wasting my time when I could have gone elsewhere.
