Had my recall carried out. Was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was done. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the miserable face that greeted me on reception. I would suggest Greg is removed from a customer facing position or is sent on a people's skills course.
Bought car 2nd hand - had an issue on sale I soon found out about. 6 months of trips back and forth to get it fixed ultimately leading to nothing. Lack of paperwork, follow up, and concern. Refund was offered eventually minus financing at end of warranty after I'd had to be blue in the face chasing them, and wasnt financially viable after 6 months of payments. I'm guessing 2nd hand car, 2nd hand service.
